Oliver Freeman

Oliver is a career publisher and futurist, now turning his attention to creative writing in fiction,
poetry and general non-fiction. He is a published author with Scribe in Melbourne and had a
long stint as the author of 'Cheap Eats' in Sydney.  Before setting up his own publishing business in
Australia in 1987 he worked for McGraw Hill; Granada Publishing, Oyez Publishing and Pearson
Longman (UK). He is a past Chair of the Copyright Agency, Viscopy, Publish Australia and UNSW
Press, and past Vice President/Vice Chair of the Australian Publishers Association, the Australian
Business Foundation, Third Millennium Publishing and Reinvent Australia. Oliver is also an
